Pengaruh Golongan Obat, Harga Beli, Volume Pembelian di Pasar Pramuka Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dan Dampaknya Terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen Tidak Langsung



Abstract

The goal of this research is to know what is the effects of the drug’s group, the purchase price, the purchase volume in Pramuka market to the decision of the purchase and the effects to the loyality of the indirect customers. By using survey method that is a research using samples from populations and using survey’s instrument that is questionnaires. This type of research is verificatively descriptive with gathering datas. The method is by surveying the drugstore’s clerks in Pramuka market and using SPSS 17(1) to process the datas. The result shows that there is an effect of the drug’s group, the purchase price, the purchase volume in Pramuka market to the decision of the purchase and the effects to the
loyality of the indirect customers, partially or simultaneously. The drug’s purchase price through the
decision of the purchase doesn’t significantly effect the loyality of the indirect customers. Meanwhile,
the dominant factor that effect the purchase decision is the drug’s purchase price, especially for the price that lower than the netto price.
